Great Bodyweight Circuits from Craig Ballantyne!

These are a super effective way to lose fat without doing cardio…
Do the circuits 3x’s per week, alternating between 1 and 2.
Circuit 1
pushups
stability ball leg curl
stability ball jackknife
side plank
inverted row
