Yummy and Healthy Lunch

I just took a bunch of leftovers out of the fridge and made up my lunch. I was starving and didn’t plan, but this seemed to work out just great! Here is what I threw together:
*2 eggs - 1 egg white
*leftover seasoned lean beef
