Foam Roller Feels GREAT

I was short on time today and my back was still hurting, so I did 3 sets of dumbbell swings x 25 reps with 20lbs weights. Quick….

Then I decided I would try to stretch out the sore muscles by using my foam roller. I absolutely  love this thing! It does hurt at first, but feels so good when you are done. Here is a video of the different ways to use it.
