Get Your Nutrition on Track With Portion Pals

I was reading through my Oxygen magazine and reached the Product Talk in the back. I saw neat little nutrition tool called Portion Pals. It’s a pack of 5 translucent discs that show you the correct portion sizes for meat, chicken, fish, side dishes and dessert. For someone who is just starting with their weight loss plan, I think this would be a great tool! I would have purchased it long ago, if I would have known about it! Plus it only costs $18, which is much less than food scales.
