Good Ab Exercise

I usually don’t work my abs directly, because I know they are being worked during other exercises that I do, but yesterday I did medicine ball mountain climbers and today my abs are SORE! But a GOOD sore! I love when I actually feel like I worked a specific muscle. But not only did I work that muscle, I really focused on my abs while I was doing the exercise. I really feel that makes a world of difference!

Here is how to do the MB Mt Climber taken from The Ultimate New York Body Plan.com

mtclimber1.jpg A. From the push-up position in the squat thrust, bend your right knee and jump it in, bringing your right thigh under the right side of your torso.

mtclimber2.jpg B. Jump your right leg back as you simultaneously bend your left knee and jump it in. Continue alternating right and left for 15 to 30 seconds. Return to the squat thrusts, repeating for an additional set. Then return to the mountain climbers, repeating for an additional set, before moving on to the push-ups.
