Great Bike GiveAway!

We have all heard of the benefits that green tea has for us, but do you know about the benefits of white tea? Here is a list of some:
…and the list goes on. You can read more about the benefits of white tea by clicking HERE!
I received some samples of the above products and I really enjoyed them. The flavor was great and knowing how beneficial they were to my body made them even better!
Now you may be asking, “what does this have to do with a ‘Great Bike GiveAway?’” Well, Lipton White Tea and the Free Your Y campaign are giving away a FREE Fuji crosstown 2.0 Bike to one of my readers!
(Disclaimer: The Pepsi/Lipton Partnership will provide a check for $75.00 to be used for professional assembly of all Lipton Fuji bicycles awarded. Neither Pepsi Co. nor Unilever is liable for any injuries, damages or accidents that may result from the receipt, assembly or use of this bicycle.)
The Web site, supporting the “Free Your Y” campaign and contest is located at www.areyouyoungenough.com or you can also view it on You Tube.
So you may want to know what you need to do to win the bike, eh? Leave a comment (and only one comment) and tell me what you do to stay active and YOUNG! (Make sure to leave your email address where I can contact you!)
For me? I jump and dance around with the daycare kids and act all silly! It’s the best feeling when those children look at me as a “fun, goofy” Angie!
The winner will be drawn and announced next Monday, May 5th! Good Luck!

I adore white tea! Can’t get enough of it.
I stay active by constantly trying new things. Bellydancing, boot camp, hot yoga… I love experimenting! And it keeps my mind fresh and alert with always learning like that. Hopefully it’ll keep me young as the years go by:)

April 30th, 2008 at 10:38 amWhat do I do to stay active and young? I do regular cardio sessions of at least 30 min on my treadmill (goal is 5 days a week) and 2 strength training sessions a week with resistance bands.
I also enjoy bike riding when the weather is nice!

What keeps me active and young is playing with my nieces and nephews and chasing them around the house.
