Have You Done The Romanian Deadlift Lately??

I just have one suggestion, If you HAVEN’T done it in some time, make sure to start out easy. I jumped right in and did 65lbs(doesn’t sound like much but for me it was ;) ) and today, 2 days later, I am still struggling to bend over without yelping in pain! I guess I haven’t worked my lower back as much as I thought I had. What a better reason to keep doing them. I added them because they are are a great exercise for the butt and thats what I want to be working. So, if you are looking to improve your lower half…add this amazing exercise…just take it easy at first! ;)
