Glad to see you've decided to 'play' the MAGIC Hundred. The health goals look great. Can I just advise that you don't make all your goals 'sensible' (I know, that's a first from a goals guy) and instead set some really 'out there' goals too.

Make 'em big, make 'em huge but make 'em fun too!
