		<description>Rock on! Finally someone got it right when it comes to putting the correct information about diet and weight-loss out there for everyone to see. I am a huge advocate of living a healthy lifestyle and staying in great shape. In fact I eat, sleep and breathe it everyday because it's a way of life and not a trend or a fad. I like the fact that you made a point to address artificial sweeteners and to stay away from them. So many people see diet this diet that and think zero calories must be good for me. Not only are they a health risk to you, they can also make you pack on unwanted pounds. Water is the only way and I find great organic teas brew them and throw a few bags in to concentrate the flavor then dump it into a gallon jug and keep in the fridge to add flavor to my water. I'm definitely a huge believer in eating healthy and you are absolutely right when you say that this must be a priority even over choosing exercise first. Practice healthy eating and there is no reason why you can't lose weight or maintain what you have. Awesome article can't wait to read more. Also, for anyone interested in taking something to help curb appetite that is natural and actually works, try hoodoba hoodia. It's the real deal no joke. It can tame any appetite or cravings you may have and is generally safe to use whenever. Watch out for knock offs though because there are plenty of them.</description>

		<description>It IS just as easy to grab healthy food!  The other day I went and had a fire with some friends and they were all picking up chips and sausages and pop drinks, and then we walked past the fruit and one of them suggested I get something there, so I picked up some apples.
