I’m gonna burn that fat!! It’s Monday!

runningWell, I went running this morning. Not so much running as I did intervals. I felt pretty good the first part, but towards the end, I was dying, but I’m pretty proud of myself. I haven’t ran in almost a year now, so yea me! ;)

Last night I decided I want to change my workouts. So I am now going to do the Shape Shift workouts Turbulence Training/GrrlAthlete. Oh and I am so excited to tell you that Craig Ballantyne is coming up with a HUGE special coming up in June with over $200 worth of free bonuses with a purchase!
