Is it Possible to Lose 20lbs of FAT in 30 days?

I am a huge fan of Tim Ferris and his book, The 4-Hour Workweek I also read his blog from time to time and it was his post called, “How To Lose 20lbs of Fat in 30 Days” that caught my eye. In six weeks, Tim went from 180lbs to 165lbs, adding 10lbs of muscle, which means he lost 25 lbs of fat.
