Hmm well diet is not a solution, in fact diet can realy hurt your organisam. If you wan’t to lose weight you need to change youre life style. Best regards.
The Elimination Diet is not a diet per se, but better yet a way to eliminate bad foods from your diet. It’s a way to detox your body of all the bad stuff like sugars and start your way to a healthier way of life.
