Just Me, Myself and I

I just have to say that the last 2 weeks have been the busiest I have been since quitting my full time daycare. It’s been good, but CRAZY! After reading this post by Crabby Mc Slacker, I decided to do a day of just me and my thoughts.

Where do I start! Well, as far as my workouts, they have been going amazingly well. I joined the Turbulence Training/ Twitter contest to try and reach that goal of 18% body fat. Sunday is the deadline. If I don’t make it, I plan to take one more month to reach that goal. You would think it wouldn’t be that hard to drop 1% body fat, but for some crazy reason, my body just feels this need to hang on to it! DAMN BODY! If anything, I feel better and feel like I look better, so I did make some gains in this contest. It all came down to my nutrition. I have my workouts down like a science, but my nutrition waivers back and forth. I have been eating a lot more clean healthy foods and a lot more veggies. I have increased my protein intake and calorie intake as well.

For my workouts, I have been doing the Turbulence Training workouts, and you can follow what updates I have had time to do on my other blog. Speaking of, need to head over there next and update! I have set up my days of workouts like this:

Mondays: Intervals

Tuesdays: TT workout AM  Boot Camp PM

Wednesday: Recovery day

Thursday: TT worokut AM Boot Camp PM

Friday: Recovery day

Saturday: Boot Camp

Sunday TT workout

So far that schedule has worked out pretty well! I WILL reach my goal of 18%  and then I plan to maintain and relax, while I focus on my online business and ebooks.

Speaking of, it is in my plans to write a fitness ebook. I have some niches that I am pondering  about, but would like to ask my readers just what type of fitness ebook they would like more of. Are you overweight and looking to lose body fat and weight? Are you already fit, but would like to tone up and lower your body fat? Are you looking for some quick body weight circuits that you can fit into your busy lifestyle? Let me know what YOU are looking for and I might just put together that perfect program just for YOU!

Now, on to my blogging…I absolutely LOVE blogging, as time consuming as it can be, I know that no one other than myself puts the pressure on to get out a daily blog. I love helping my readers gain knowledge about health and fitness, as I was once a person looking for all the answers.  I would love to hear more from you, my readers about what things you would like to hear more about, questions that you would like me to answer, anything that I can blog about, which in turn will help me to keep putting out the most informative blog posts!

So I guess that is all that I need to ramble on about today..but it also just felt good to right to you directly. I am really hoping to get some responses from you ….

    Good luck with your goals! Agreed that there’s something VERY important about feeling/looking better.

    That’s a fantastic idea to write a fitness ebook! Ways to tone up and lose body fat would be excellent:)
