		<description>As a life-long addict to working out, it is difficult to slow down or cut back.  It doesn't feel like the "Rocky" thing to do.  As I get older, I am realizing that it is the smarter thing to do.

About five years ago, I allowed myself to be lured into a lifting competition among my workout partners.  (If you are 41 years old, then please warm up adequately before you do weighted, wide-grip chins).  The result - a shoulder tear that has all but forced me to give up wide chins.

I am smarter now - but look at the price.
