If you are a fan of twitter, you might like this site, iSweat.com. It is along the same lines of twitter, but its specifically for fitness and workouts. I added a group to go along with WDF if you would like to join. Great way to get support and new ideas about workouts!

Another great find this week, Foodfeed.com. It, again, is like twitter, only you post what you are eating. Great way to keep track is you are looking for a log type thing.

A good addition to our abs stuff…here is the correct way to do a Reverse Crunch and get those six pack abs!

Did anyone see the episode of Gweneth Paltrow on Oprah and how she gets in shape? One of my clients brought it to my attention and said that Gweneth’s trainer said “No woman should lift more than 3 pounds.” Hmm…now this sounds a little crazy to me! Check out the video HERE, and by the way, I don’t think Gweneth even looks good in this video! She’s too skinny! But that’s just my opinion. What’s your?
