Love Ya Links!

———————————————————————————–
First off, here is a link to ECFit, a website that sends messages to your cell phone to remind you to exercise.

The ECFit system is designed to call or text your phone with exercise reminders and follow-up.

Using ECFit is a simple, 4 step process. The first step is to sign up online and set up a schedule of workouts. The second step is the workout reminders – ECFit will prompt you to do each scheduled workout. The third step is to do your workouts. The fourth step is follow-up and feedback. ECFit will call you on the phone to ask whether you completed each scheduled workout, and then give you feedback on your progress.

They have a week FREE, so I will give it a try and let you know what I think!

  1. Angie, Thank you!

As it has already been mentioned it is important to determine values first before setting goals.
When goals have been determined a personal trainer (ANGIE) can then help you make your goals specific, measurable and reachable.

    Cheers!
