Making Time For Your Goals

Setting goals is something I don’t do well, but I really think is important. I have had a hard time keeping up with exercising, because I don’t seem to see results. The problem is, I have never set a goal to work towards. I have recently gotten back into exercising, and I’ve set specific goals for myself. I feel that this way, even if I don’t feel like I see any improvement, I know that each time I exercise, I am getting closer to my goals whether I realize it or not.

I have been setting short term goals instead of just long term goals. Much easier to stay on track by doing it that way!
