New Fat Loss Recipe
Here is my newest favorite recipe that I use for fat loss. Of course its a meal you want to have at lunch because of the starchy carbs.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz ground turkey or chicken breast (brown or cook chicken)
- 1 cup green veggies ( zucchini, broccoli, spinach)
- .25 cup wild rice or brown rice
- .25 cup non fat cottage cheese
- .25 cup tomato soup
- shredded cheese
Brown turkey or cook chicken and add vegetables. When vegetables are cooked fully, add rice, cottage cheese and soup. Simmer for 2 minutes and top with cheese. Tastes like pizza without the crust! YUM!
