		<description>Kettlebells are a wonderful way to exercise. I've used them before (as a supplement to an exercise routine. As with ANY routine, you need variety!), and had excellent results. Though some of the exercises can be a little awkward (with the way the kettlebell has to be held), with a little practice, it will become second nature. Definately recommended!
