		<description>My food constitutes mainly of processed food i.e coffee premixes, bakeries, chips, dried guavas, cereals and instant noodles. However at the same time I take in lotsa fruits i.e oranges, green apples, mangoes and guavas. I cook my instant noodles with additional veggies and tofu. I believe my diet is still healthy right?

I can eat emotionally when I'm alone doing my own thinking or when constipation problem strikes(though I take lotsa fibre). I will not feel like doing anything each time it strikes and just continue binging with the mentality that I can solve the prob this way. Eventually, I overstuff and get myself bloated. Haha...</description>

		<description>I have one question, does butter increase the number of calories? I stopped having fast food, it's being an year now. After the pregnancy and delivery it is good to come across these diet tips that are helpful to reduce the pounds I put on during pregnancy.

for me the MOST IMPORTANT is making it easy (and I know I triggered some comments by insinuating that I eat clean when I DO EAT PROCESSED but better processed than, say, the McD's french fries which Id do if not processedprepared in my car :)).
