This Weeks Featured Exercise!

This week we are going to focus on our glutes (butt) and hamstrings (back of legs) .  This weeks featured exercise is the DUMBBELL DEADLIFT.  When performing this exercise focus on keeping your back straight, and pulling you upper body up with your glutes and hamstrings.  By flexing these muscles you will bring your upper body up without putting strain on your lower back.  You will feel it in your lower back but it shouldnt feel strained.

This is a great exercise for your nice round booty, sexy legs and that tones lower back!  Awesome all around!  Lets do 3 sets of 12 if you have been working out for more than 3 months.  If you are just starting your workouts, start with 3 sets of 8.  Also you do not need dumbbells in order to do this exercise.  If you have never done this before, try it without weights first to practice your form.  Form is THE most important while working out!
