Torch Your Thighs
Here is a kick ass bodyweight workout for your lower body that I got from Jen Heath.
1. Alternating step back lunge x 24
2. Squat x 20
3. Alternating step up x 24
4. Jump squat x 20
Run through the circuit without resting, rest for 60 seconds and repeat up to 3x..if you can.
I am in pretty good shape and I have only been able to do the 3x once and it killed me! My legs were on FIRE!
