Great post!  The deadlift and the squat are probably the two best exercises people can do but you rarely see anyone in gym's doing them.

Even fewer people do them correctly.

And even few women do them!  Yet all women should be doing this exercise.  Congratulations on pointing that out.

		<description>I too believe the stiff (not straight) legged deadlift that you're showing in the video is, pound-for-pound, the most beneficial exercise you can do. But you're right, you MUST do it right or suffer the consequences.</description>
