Using Deadlifts To Achieve That Amazing Butt!
Are you trying to find the right exercise to give you that rock hard, sexy butt? Well then try the deadlift! The deadlift is an incredible exercise, because it works a lot of muscle groups at the same time making it perfect for both fat loss and muscle building programs.
One of the most important things in doing a deadlift is using proper form. If you don’t have it, it can cause back injuries. You can perform the deadlift with either stiff legs or bent legs. I prefer bent legs, because I DO have lower back problems and find bending my legs a bit takes the pressure off my lower back.
A couple ways to make sure you are using proper form is to keep the weights you are using, as close to your shins as possible when lowering your back, watch your form in a mirror and make sure you back is flat when lowering, and when coming back up, make sure to push through your heels and squeeze your glutes.

I too believe the stiff (not straight) legged deadlift that you’re showing in the video is, pound-for-pound, the most beneficial exercise you can do. But you’re right, you MUST do it right or suffer the consequences.

Great post! The deadlift and the squat are probably the two best exercises people can do but you rarely see anyone in gym’s doing them.
Even fewer people do them correctly.
And even few women do them! Yet all women should be doing this exercise. Congratulations on pointing that out.

I love squats and they are always in my workouts! The deadlift I had to give up for a while, but now that my back is stronger, LOVE it! Need to keep that nice round butt!
