Weekly Turbulence Training Workouts

So, I am on week one of the Big 5 Circuit Workout from Turbulence Training. It is quick, but kicks my A$$!! Wednesday I did some one legged squats and bulgarian split squats and I can tell you it is working my butt like you wouldn’t believe! On days of of the Big 5 Workouts, I am doing circuits for cardio. I got the circuit routines from Turbulence Training’s BW-DB Fusion Fat Loss Workout. Again..kicking my A$$! Here is one of the circuits I did yesterday:

*Y Squat x 15

*Mt Climber x 12

*1 Leg RDL x 6

*Burpees x 8

*Squat Thrusts x 8

REST 60 Seconds

*Waiters Bow x 12

*Spiderman Climb x 12

*Push ups x Max reps

*SB Jacknife x 12

*Jumping Jacks x 60

*Plank on SB x 30 seconds

REST 60 Seconds

Repeat–I did the whole thing 2x thru…
