What Do You REALLY Want?
Have you ever just sat down and given it some serious thought? A lot of us will say from time to time, “I want to look like that”, “I want to eat better” and so on. But thats as far as we go. It’s never something that is in our minds all the time.
I am a huge believer in the Law Of Attraction and putting your goals down on paper so that they are in your mind all the time. It’s been said that your mind will actually create chaos if necessary to make images become a reality. By putting the things down that you want, you have a greater chance of these things actually coming true.
I want you to write down just 10 things that you would like to accomplish or gain this year. Only 10! They don’t all have to be fitness things, they can be whatever your heart desires! Then I want you to keep that list somewhere that you can read it daily. I don’t just want you to READ it daily, but also imagine it! Open your mind and actually visualize yourself having those things! I would love for you to share your 10 things in the comments if you wish!
Here is my list of 10 things:
1. Reach 18% body fat
2. Write a fitness ebook
3. Start a fitness membership site
4. Build my boot camp to 10+ members per class and have morning classes also.
5. Start a Fitness Program for children ( Yipee! I passed my IYCA Level 1 test)
6. Move to a bigger home
7. Keep in more frequent contact with family and friends
8. Finish my interior design course
9. Get Morning Preschool full (6 kids per day)
10. Smile, laugh and enjoy life DAILY!!
If you need some more motivation, download the Motivator and break free from your limiting habits! This little piece of software might just be what you need!

One of the first thing that I have ALL of my clients do before we begin our workouts is to purchase a journal and write down what they want to do.
Not just in terms of transforming their bodies from fat to fit, but all of that hopes and dreams kind of stuff.
The journal is only for their eyes and they can write anything they want.
Of course, I want them to journal about their workouts and to keep a food log, but I am constantly amazed at how the clients that buy into this progress much, much faster than the ones who think that it is a silly idea.
Not long ago, i thought it was a silly idea. Not any more.
